*On September 29, 2017, Griffin Capital BDC Corp. (“BDC”) transferred all of its assets to Griffin Institutional Access Credit Fund (“Interval Fund”) in exchange for Class F shares of the Interval Fund. The Interval Fund also assumed all liabilities of the BDC. Shares were then proportionately allocated to stockholders of the BDC. As a result of this reorganization, all shareholders of the BDC as of September 29, 2017 are now shareholders of the Interval Fund. The BDC has since dissolved.
