(SST II) — which is sponsored by SmartStop Asset Management, LLC — recently announced the amendment of its credit facility with KeyBank. The amended credit facility is a revolving credit facility that has a maximum borrowing capacity of $105 million that may be increased up to a maximum credit facility size of $500 million. The amended credit facility has an initial term of three years, maturing on December 22, 2018, with two one-year extension options subject to certain conditions outlined further in the agreement.
