Blackstone Real Estate Trust Updates its Monthly NAV for its Shares

On January 31, 2018, Blackstone Real Estate Trust filed a notice with the SEC announcing its updated aggregate monthly net asset value for its Class S, Class I, Class D and Class T shares of common stock. The shares, which are purchased through brokerage- and transaction-based accounts, have an NAV of approximately $10.58 each.
Class I shares, which have an NAV per share of approximately $10.62, are sold to endowments, foundations, pension funds and other investors, as well as to REIT executives, directors and their immediate family members.
Blackstone REIT is a publicly registered nontraded REIT sponsored by the Blackstone Group (NYSE:BX), the world’s largest real estate investor. The REIT, the first nontraded REIT for Blackstone, was formed in 2016. The Blackstone Group is headquartered in New York City, with offices in North and South America, Europe, Asia and Australia.
